Shipping
Paul Conway Shields will generally ship between 3 main Carriers; United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (Fed Ex).
We base our shipping off of address and location, customer type, and the value of order being shipped.
Unless otherwise specified, we make the determination of assigned shipper.
Paul Conway Shields uses a flat fee Shipping & Handling schedule. Our shipping schedule is as follows:

Please remember that Shipping & Handling fees are not limited to charges placed on us by the carrier. They also include packaging material, labor for shipping personnel, materials and programming for shipping procedures as well as other shipping/packaging related items.
Next Day and 2 Day Delivery in not available to all locations and is not available on all products. Next Day and 2 Day Delivery is also not available for weekend or holiday delivery. If it is not an available option on your order, you will be notified of such and provided with a credit. Products are still limited to standard production times, Next-Day and 2nd Day does not mean next day from date of order for shields - it is the shipping time once the shield is completed. If a product is in stock it will ship based off your shipping selection. 2 Day and Next Day fees are placed in addition to standard shipping charges as shown in the chart above.

Returns
Paul Conway Shields makes every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact any of out Customer Service Representatives or your sales person. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All return requests must be made within 5 days of the receipt of your order. In order to maintain tight inventory control, Paul Conway Shields WILL NOT accept random returns.
Mistakes and errors made by Paul Conway Shield to shields or other custom ordered items will be corrected by Paul Conway Shields. We are not responsible for errors made by customers due to spelling, or wrong shield selection. We will work with customers to assure satisfaction.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLY. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
